I am a baby boomer and I appreciate all the Greatest Generation accomplished.
I would remind you that there were no baby boomers alive in 1935 when FDR gave us SS.
I doubt there were any 19 year old boomers sitting in Congress when LBJ gave us Medicare and Medicaid.
In 1972 when COLA was added to SS and SSI was created, I doubt there were many 26 year old boomers sitting in Congress.
As far as I can tell, the Greatest Generation was responsible for the creation of this Entitlement State
